THE PERFECT TRAINING PLAN

Last year’s Tauranga International Marathon was a great chance to design myself an 18-week training plan while planting some new habits to shift my progression towards a higher trajectory.
My two new enhancing habits I wanted to experiment with was my Tuesday intermittent fast (not eating for around 20 hours-22 hours from Monday dinner to Tuesday dinner), and a weekly Thursday yoga class with two-to-three periods during the week where I would go over yoga movement flows working on great hip mobility and standing balance control.
