WHY WE RUN RELOADED

A few years back now I wrote an article called 'why I run', the objective of which was to dig a little deeper below the surface, and to share with people the real reasons that I lace up and hit those trails reasonably regularly.

In no particular order, these were (and still are) the key reasons why I do it;
