One of the great misconceptions about the Australian outdoors is that it’s full of danger. By comparison to other continents, putting dehydration aside, it’s one of the least dangerous of them all.
Yes, our seas ‘abound in nature’s dangerous gifts’ but they aren’t just restricted to here. And yes, we have the most poisonous snakes and one of the most poisonous spiders. But let’s break that down a little.
