‘Close call’ Hall wins 2019 NZ Offroad Champs title

Who needs rear brakes? Nick Hall obviously didn’t as he completed the final race at the final round of this year’s ORANZ championships at Crownthorpe in the Hawke’s Bay in his Chev-engined Toyota Hilux without any (rear brakes).
