Chocolate and pistachio-dipped strawberries
This fuss-free dessert is so easy, but makes anyone look like a sophisticated host.
Serves 4 (makes 20) m Ready in 10 minutes, plus chilling
50g unsalted pistachios
125g 70% dark chocolate
250g strawberries
you will need
a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper
1 Finely chop pistachios by hand or blitz in a food processor. If blitzing, make sure you keep the nuts chunky to give a better crunch – blitzing too much will give you a crumb, which can be bitty. Place in a shallow bowl.
Break up the chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl set over a pan
