    THEIR STORY

    hirty-one-year-olds Nerisha Bedi (works in corporate law) and Daniel Purpura (works in marketing) shared a goal for their in honor of the elephant-like Hindu god. From there, everyone headed to what Nerisha calls the “cocktail hour and a half,” allowing her enough time to change from her purple and gold embroidered into a white -style gown. At the reception, partygoers danced to music played by a DJ and live band, as well as traditional Indian instrumentation courtesy of a player. Late night, guests grabbed slices of mini hamburgers for a snack.
