essica Olson (27 and an occupational therapist) and Rahul Batra (27 and a dentist) wanted their two-part wedding to be both colorful on Friday night with henna and dancing; a ceremony on Saturday morning, in which Rahul rode a horse while family and friends danced; a Catholic ceremony in the church Jessica attended growing up; a Hindu ceremony; and, finally, a multicultural reception. The celebration marathon did end on a low-key note, Jessica says. “All of our guests were in a circle, arm in arm, singing ‘Piano Man’ as Rahul and I danced in the middle.”
