MY ITALIAN LIFE

Chef Rachel Priestley has done it all – from cooking in France and Australia to spending 10 years in Italy where she ran wine bars, taught Italians how to cook their own cuisine and owned a wine and olive oil shop in Florence. She recently opened the Prodigal Daughter Gourmet Lodge in Martinborough, which specialises in Italian cuisine.
