Letter From The Editor

This issue has taken many forms over its protracted development. You might have asked yourself in the last few months, “Is the next issue of Under the Radar ever going to come out?” The realities of indie rock music magazine publishing in 2019 necessitated that we also asked ourselves that same question several times over. This is not to say we ever considered not printing another issue, but financial considerations and other concerns led to the delay.
