Dear Navisha,

I want to share with you a piece of advice your father gave me, almost 18 years ago. I was new to modelling, and was facing teething issues like creating my space and finding my place. In a letter, he wrote: You’re not there to make friends or be accepted as your first priority, but to do your job sincerely, and the rest will follow. I want you to carry these words forward with you, no matter what profession you choose.

If you do decide to pursue a career in modelling, be sure of yourself.
