    A WEEK after Natural England buckled pathetically to Wild Justice’s legal challenge on the general licences, the pressure group’s leading champion, Chris Packham CBE, met the Rt Hon Michael Gove, secretary of state for environment, food and rural affairs. Inevitably, there was a photo opportunity and both men were pictured holding A Peoples [sic] Manifesto for Wildlife, written by ‘Chris Packham et al’.
