A surefire winner
I’m no Scrooge where Christmas is concerned but why do we have to make such a fuss of it? Why can’t we duck the deluge of commercial rubbish that overwhelms the occasion, simply raise a glass to celebrate our saviour’s birthday, blow out a few candles, then go flighting as the light fades?
