BRYAN BELLER

Scenes From The Flood ONION BOY

Part-time Aristocrat takes centre stage for stunning double debut.

Primarily known as a virtuoso sideman for the likes of Steve Vai, Joe Satriani and Dweezil Zappa, Bryan Beller has become a creative dynamo in recent times. While is truly revelatory. Nearly 90 minutes in length, this sprawling but fascinating double set is vast in scope, dense with star cameos from the likes of John Petrucci and Mike Keneally and audacious in its plundering of countless genres and moods. It’s an enormous leap forward from 2008’s and so rich in texture and detail that listeners will be unpicking it for months.
