White chocolate, mango & macadamia pavlova

• ¾ cup caster sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 60g white chocolate, grated
• 300ml carton cream, whipped
• 2 mangoes, seeded, peeled, sliced
