There’s an abundance of fine femmes who have wowed us with their aptitude, intellect, sexiness, humour, physical attributes, and overall mega-talents — or simply made headlines — for you to feast your eyes on. So, until next month, sit back and enjoy this super-sizzling special edition of MAXIM. Cheers!

100 Julie Bishop

After bowing out of politics for good in April, Julie quickly settled into a controversial new role on the board of foreign aid contractor Palladium. Julie has been the subject of a senate inquiry into ministerial standards and ethics over her new job, which significantly overlaps with her previous role as foreign minister. A HOT topic but a little dodgy eh, Jules?

99 Gladys Berejiklian

While we had high hopes for NSW’s first female Liberal premier, the discord within her own party has been a HOT mess. From the hugely unpopular decision to permit Everest stakes advertising onto the Opera house to somewhat bungling the long-overdue abortion legalisation bill, Glady has had a mixed year. Still, she managed to get re-elected and may yet prove her staying power.

98 Jacqui Lambie

This year the outspoken battler from Tassie had a go on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! then returned to the Senate — and she didn’t come to play. The Canberra comeback queen, who holds a crucial swing vote in the Upper House, put the Libs on notice saying if they want to drug test welfare recipients, they’re gonna have to drug test themselves first. HOT!

97 Kerri-Anne Kennerley

When a lively Studio 10 debate over Australia Day ended with accusations of racism, Kerri-Anne bore the brunt of a full-on media shit-storm. Coupled with the loss of her beloved husband John, it’s been a very tough year for KAK. Still, the Queen of Aussie TV powered through it all and continues to wave her magic on the panel show, making Joe Hildebrand infinitely less irritating.

96 Jessika Power & Ines Basic

The MAFS super villains, who spawned countless viral moments this year, reflect our enduring fascination with reality TV infamy and minor Instagram influencers. And with their sexy MAXIM feature shoots, endorsements and a combined 370,000 followers to boot, these two are laughing all the way to the bank.

95 Anne Ferguson

The honourable Anne Ferguson, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, has overseen many high profile judgements in her near-decade in the job, but it’s the decision to uphold judgement against convicted child sex offender cardinal George Pell for which she will be most remembered in 2019. The historic ruling earns Ferguson a rather unexpected but well-deserved spot on this list.

94 Jenny Morrison

As PM’s spouses go, our first lady keeps it pretty low-key. Still, we have uncovered through a few rare interviews that she loves to relax with a glass of wine with hubby and raises the roof at the local Horizon mega-church. And despite sipping sangria with Melania and Brigitte Macron at the G7 summit and hosting Meghan and Harry at Kirribilli, she still has to put up with ScoMo. Kudos, Jen.

93 Jessica Rowe

Jess is the ultimate morning TV survivor. Few journos have fared with many high profile sackings and network changes but she’s worked at all three commercial broadcasters on and off. Now, thanks to Seven’s The Real Dirty Dancing we’ve also discovered that Rowe has incredible abs
