White wine sangria
SERVES 6-8
Swapping red wine for crisp white makes a refreshing twist on this summer favourite
6 apricots, chopped and stoned
100g golden caster sugar
2 lemons
Crushed ice
1 lime
2 ripe peaches
1 bottle crisp white wine, such as Riesling or Chablis
300ml soda
