Primitive Quilts and Projects Magazine

Your Voice

—Carolyn Vaughn

I started quilting five years ago to distract me from breast cancer treatments and surgeries. I’m hooked on your project I substituted a likeness of our A-frame home for the blue house. I made the with lighter background colors and hung it on point. My favorite thing to do is appliqué and I love combining it with true quilting. I continue to work on my free motion quilting skills and your magazine inspires me to keep trying. Thank you for your wonderful magazine that’s packed with beautiful projects.
