TYRES, BATTERIES, brakes and shock absorbers are vital components of any vehicle, but that’s not the only thing they have in common with each other. In most cases, these parts are also consumable items, which means that they can’t be expected to last forever.
While it’s easy to diagnose when some of these items are worn, there’s some uncertainty as to when shock absorbers need replacing. This leaves vehicle owners at the mercy (and ethical discretion) of their local fitment specialist, which can be nerve-racking.
