TOPIC: Lands and Survey (Whangarei) are consultants in surveying, resource management & civil engineering. Blair Masefield is a principal planner at Lands and Survey, leading land development and infrastructure projects. With the Whangarei Urban Plan Changes being notified mid-2019, Blair has studied the draft rules and maps and will share his analysis on the trends and themes of the new planning regime. Her Worship the Mayor, Sheryl Mai, attended a recent presentation and then invited Blair to present to the councillors – don’t miss out on a relevant and engaging presentation!
