    Satay Peanut Chicken Wings with Cucumber Salad

    Serves 4-6, Prep and Cook: 1 hour

    ¹/³ cup crunchy peanut butter
    ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
    2 tblsps soy sauce
    2 tblsps lime juice
    1.25kg chicken wing nibbles
    Steamed white rice and lime cheeks, to serve

    CUCUMBER SALAD

    2 Lebanese cucumbers, coarsely chopped½ cup fresh coriander leaves1 long
