I take plenty of minimalist fine-art photographs in winter, and my Nikon Z 7 has become my go-to camera. The dynamic range is so good that I rarely notice any noise. It’s useful when shooting bright white scenes and I rarely need to bracket as you can easily raise shadows in post.
