1. Raft: When you live in the fast lane, it’s very hard to put the brakes on and unwind. Three to four hours’ floating idly down the Rio Grande river will fix that, allowing you to lift your foot off the pedal, even for a short while. 

2. Relax: Jamaica is a honeymooner’s delight. There are newly married couples everywhere, floating on a cloud of wedded bliss. Tensing Pen resort in Negril was a standout if you want a place to stay away from the tourist crowds. You’ll feel as if you have the world all to yourself when you stay at one of its self-contained cottages. And make sure you take a photo of yourself on the resort’s private bridge, one of the most photographed places in Jamaica, if not the world.
