WOULD YOU DO EUROVISION?

THE TANKS ARE already rolling on the battle for 2020 for Swedish warmongers Sabaton, rallying their UK troops to destroy Wembley Arena in February. We assembled an army of your burning questions about war, male grooming and tank injuries and put them to their effortlessly coiffed frontman Joakim Brodén – but we’re still not convinced that mohawk has ever seen battle.

Why haven’t you written a song about Genghis Khan yet?

@ZainaArekat (Twitter)

“We haven’t delved that much into non-modern military history except for the last album but that would be one of the big ones, wouldn’t it? There is already a disco song about Genghis Khan from the Eurovision Song Contest by a German band, Dschinghis Khan. It’s amazing and we couldn’t ever top that.”

Would you ever consider covering? It’s a song that is about war and one that you would do justice to.
