y relationship with Apple with regards to getting things fixed has never ceased to amaze me. Five weeks ago I decide to sell my beloved 15in MacBook Pro. I have had the laptop for nearly five years and it’s been faultless, but I noticed that the screen had developed a fault called delamination. Apple inspected it at their main store in Essex and agreed to fix it at no cost, even though it was out of warranty. When I collected it 10 days later, to my surprise, Apple had not only replaced the screen but replaced the case as well, top
