7am I EXERCISE
I always wake up early and I make sure I do an hour of exercise. I didn’t do any form of regular exercise until I turned 50 [he is now 85], and then a friend said that it would become essential for feeling good and sharp. He was right.
8.30am I DRESS
I have a go-to wardrobe when I travel, which comprises navy cashmere T-shirts and crew-necks, some simple dark-navy trousers and a few dark-blue
