rom the street, there’s something fortress-like about this F large grey house in Booker Bay. Take a step over the threshold, though, and any intimidation is washed away by absolute Zen. In the forecourt, water trickles gently and lush tufts of zoysia grass sport a photoshopped green, begging for a barefoot wander. A cat lounges on the deck, silently passing judgement on anyone without the sense to do the same.
