BLAKE LIVELY PROVES SHE CAN CUT THE MUSTARD IN PREMIERE STYLE

Her latest film sees her play a woman on a quest for bloody revenge and Blake Lively showed her killer instinct for fashion is as honed as ever as she walked tall on the promotional trail.

Stepping out at the New York premiere of The Rhythm Section, the Hollywood star played femme fatale as she opted for old-school glamour with a tough twist, mixing an elegant off-the-shoulder Dolce & Gabbana velvet gown with leather gloves and jewels, including pearls, diamonds and a 50ct emerald.

Revealing her secret weapon, the mum of two said: “Corsets make you feel like you’re on the brink of having things together.”

Sharing the spotlight with Blake were her mum Elaine and sister

Robyn, who posted a photo of the trio on Instagram (above).

Describing her little sister’s performance in the thriller as “stunning”, Robyn added: “I’m so proud I could pop.”

No stranger to slaying with her style, the former star showcased more dazzling outfits while promoting the film in the Big Apple – among them a mustard trench, quilted shorts and yellow and brown sparkly jumper – all by Fendi
