Swim for bliss

I’m too scared to Google it. Maybe there’s a name for my condition and I’m showing all the symptoms. When I travel, I’m incredibly critical, borderline obsessive, about two things when it comes to my chosen accommodation: the swimming pool and the sun loungers.

No, really. I plan holidays and weekends away around swimming pools, chairs and umbrellas. I have swimming fever. To me, swimming is a ritual. It’s like I become one with my body, which is made up of 60% water anyway. It’s a journey to find myself, because water quietens my mind.
