     ¾ sleeve top

    9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18 x 50gm balls Flirt DK Shade 223 Short sleeve top

    7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 x 50gm balls Flirt DK Shade 222

    Also suitable for Calico DK and Juicy DK.

    Needles

    3.25mm knitting needles
    4mm knitting needles
    5mm knitting needles
    Wool sewing needles

    Tension

    22st by 29 rows in stocking st to 10cm using 4mm knitting needles.

    MEASUREMENTS

    BACK

    Using 3¼ mm needles and thumb method, cast on 95 (107, 117, 129, 139, 151) sts.

    Row 1: Knit. This row will now be referred to as garter stitch. Work 3 more rows in garter stitch.

    Change to 4mm needles and proceed as follows:

    Row 1: Knit.

    Row 2: Purl. These 2 rows will now be referred to as Stocking st. Working in Stocking st throughout work 4 more rows.
