HAVE a gardening habit that’s a bit controversial, but I really can’t see why, so the time may have come to talk about it. I’ve got back to town after the weekend, I’ve packed six kilos of home grown veg in the fridge, which is proof of concept, I’ve got a cheeky glass of Yangarra shiraz by my side and the editor is well known to be a ratbag. So let’s do this.
I bury kitchen scraps in the garden without composting them first! Gasp! For shame!
