For the past three years, CW has been helping our readers overhaul their training to achieve their cycling ambitions. Training Makeover has linked striving amateur riders to professional coaches, resulting in reworked schedules and a host of suggestions on how to make every minute of training time as effective as possible. Wherever feasible, we’ve kept tabs on the candidates’ progress and, in many cases, proudly witnessed the accomplishment of long-held goals. And we wanted to share their successes with you — so we’ve caught up with a selection of Training Makeover graduates and got an update on their missions to become fitter, faster and more fulfilled cyclists.
