REALLY EFFECTIVE MOULD TREATMENT

When Wal Grove went up to Abell Point Marina to clean up after the last wet season rains, he found the extensive timber work in the boat very mouldy.

Wal had read in Ideas Locker that vinegar is more effective than bleach for killing mould, so attacked the problem by washing with vinegar and detergent. As it dried he was disappointed to notice the mould still visible.

Rummaging around for an alternative, Wal found a bottle of Fehlbergs concentrated vinegar. He put some on a cloth and wiped over the washed area.
