Introducing CQ USA-Counties Award Custodian Brian Bird, NXØX

Last month, we announced the appointment of Brian Bird, NXØX, as the new custodian of the CQ USA-Counties Award (USA-CA). Our announcement included a basic introduction, but Brian promised a more detailed one for this issue, outlining his experience as a county-hunter and his plans for the award going forward.
