ur favorite full-size stand mixers, the KitchenAid Pro Line Series 7 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer and the KitchenAid Classic Plus Series 4.5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer, are powerful, but at 26 and 21 pounds, respectively, they can be cumbersome to lift and maneuver.
