For backpackers seeking adventure, Australia has always been a common destination. Over the years, young travellers have flocked there to explore.
But three decades ago, it was the scene of a series of mysterious disappearances.
From 1989 to 1992, when travellers were going missing, police were unable to find them – or a link between the cases.
But then, bodies were discovered.
Seven of the missing people, aged 19 to 22. They’d been stabbed or shot, and partially buried in a forest. And slowly, the authorities began to join the dots...
