Kimberley thrills

IN 2018 I hosted an adventure experience that every Australian should do at least once in their lifetime – cruising the awe-inspiring Kimberley coast wilderness. It was a special voyage that showcased the region’s best water features with excursions to King George, Mitchell and Horizontal falls and Montgomery Reef.

The Kimberley has the greatest diversity and frequency of rock art in Australia. We experienced this Aboriginal cultural treasure trove with expert interpretation from traditional guides who detailed the history and meaning of the Gwion Gwion rock paintings and shared the stories of the Wandjina figures.
