Britannia and Navahoe off the Needles

Collect one of Britain’s finest contemporary marine artists

This stunning painting is by Stephen Renard, one of Britain’s top marine artists, and it depicts a famous race in 1893 between the Prince of Wales’s yacht Britannia and American yacht Navahoe.

The race has inspired painters many times over the years, but Renard’s eye for detail is evident in his interpretation. The Huddersfield-born artist has amassed a big following, and the painting is one of several of his works being shown at
