Every year we invite you, our readers, to send in photos of your homes and gardens, and to tell us how you went about making them so special. Choosing just a few winners from such an inspiring selection of entries is always difficult, and this year it was particularly challenging due to the exceptionally high standard of properties we had the privilege of judging. All of the entries had something special to offer, from creative first-time projects to long-term renovations of forever homes.
