Concrete VS timber floor structures

The design and construction of floors in your new home (or extension) is not something that most self-builders pay much attention to. By and large, we take whatever is offered in the design package. But there are issues here worth exploring and implications to understand, so you can make an informed choice and be aware of what is being offered.
