Finishing off the tricky ‘odd jobs’
One mildly annoying thing about TV property shows is that the camera rarely lingers on the actual building work, presumably for fear of boring viewers. But omitting tricky details from the narrative risks conveying the impression that building work is all a bit of a doddle, which in reality it very rarely is.
