The second in this series of extraterrestrial-inspired sample packs for hip-hop and bass music is audacious, fizzing with attitude, and a bargain, too. 134 Drum Loops, 71 Bass Loops and 50 Music & FX Loops incorporate multiple ‘morph’ and ‘scratch’ variations, the first alternative, even edgier versions than the regular loops, the second turntablising them. The 19 Vocal Loops, meanwhile, are all heavily scratched, and the one-shots – including 47 adorably aggressive vocal phrases spoken by a child – are superb. loopmasters.com
