Guitarist Javier Barrios pulls out a variety of instruments for this 670MB collection of beautifully done loops and one-shots: acoustic, nylon and electric guitars, pipa lute, ronroco and ukelele. Most action takes place in the acoustic and nylon area, and the overall vibe is incredibly chilled, from cool bossa nova rhythms and other latin excursions, to delicate arps and atmospherics. Things get spikier in the ukelele department and get darker with the uniquely characterful pipa lute clips, and the only snag is a mercifully small subset of ill-advised guitar-synth crossover loops. noiiz.com
