ONE of the Hunter Valley’s most historic accommodation properties, Kirkton Park, has undergone a refresh and re-branding, emerging as voco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley, making it the fourth signing in Australia since IHG launched the upscale voco brand globally last June.

With 70 voguishly appointed rooms, the property was one of the first hotels established in the region. IHG took over management of the hotel in 2017 under the banner of Kirkton Park Hunter Valley. As part of the re-brand, voco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley has been given a makeover by interior designer Greg Natale. Located just off the main Pokolbin strip and just minutes away from the region's most popular wineries, the Australian colonial heritage property is surrounded by 30ha of rural surroundings, including farmland, vegetable garden and picturesque walking trails. Guest experiences include tennis courts, billiards room, indoor heated pool, sauna and spa, and gymnasium. They will also be able to enjoy access to the welcome lounge, openfire library, 24-hour reception and roomservice and on-site restaurants and bars.
