1972 Le Mans Sport Coupe

Pontiac introduced the Le Mans Sport in time for the 1970 model year. Dedicating four pages in the dealer literature, the division’s promotional lyricists went to great lengths explaining how the new upscale A-body model was, “Destined to send other ‘sporty car’ designers scurrying back to their drawing boards.”
