Even the most casual enthusiast will be blown away by the incredible variety of automotive happenings that take place on California’s scenic central coast in mid-August. Monterey Car Week — which now stretches well over a week! — officially kicks off with a classic car show in downtown Monterey on Friday, August 9, and continues through the next nine days, culminating in the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
