s CBS’s really a comedy? Don’t get me wrong, I love it. But other than the fact that it’s a half-hour long, and that it’s inherently funny to see Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins’) playing at Jim Anderson (), what makes this a comedy? Even quirky single-camera comedies like have obvious lines or sight gags that are designed to elicit laughs. I can’t think of a single piece of dialogue in the early episodes that was intended to get a big laugh. Put another way: If the show were to expand to an hour, would we consider it a dramedy? —
