Down but not out
EVERY cloud, and all that. A rather large shade was cast over my hunting season when, after a pleasant day’s hunting on good ground last week, Molly had some heat and swelling in a foreleg.
She’s a tough old bird and, for her age, her legs are really very good, so we have a problem. I haven’t had it scanned yet, but that’s certainly it for this season. Fingers, arms
