Fashion brand Frame’s director of international communications, Georgia Day, has exemplary organisational skills, something that stood her in good stead when organising her perfectly coordinated sun-drenched wedding in Puglia, southern Italy. But, luckily, her geography skills are not so impressive.
“David relied on this when he proposed,” she laughs, when we catch up post-wedding. “He took a two-and-a-half hour detour in the opposite direction to take me to Seven Sisters Cliffs in Sussex en route to the New Forest. We’d had our first holiday there four months after meeting and had a ‘moment’ on the cliffside. It was really sunny and in both our heads we were thinking that we loved the other, but didn’t say.”
