    Kent-based artist Patrick Wilkins had only been an associate member of the Society of Graphic Fine Art for a couple of months when he scooped one of the top prizes at the society’s centenary exhibition, Draw 19, in October. His Foolish Handshake picture, rendered in coloured pencil, was selected to receive the Artists & Illustrators-sponsored Best in Show (Colour) award.
