You’re an agent now – was that a natural decision after retiring as a player in 2013?
When you retire, it takes time to understand you’ll have a completely different life. I always liked to be involved in club management, and I had offers as soon as I retired. I had offers to become a director of a club, too, but I would have had a similar lifestyle to the one I had as a player. The other option was working as an agent, something I’d also thought about. This is better, as I can enjoy time with my family.
